Restaurant Schust pays homage to Germany’s Ore Mountains, long a rich source of subterranean treasures – and hearty rustic cuisine. 

The restaurant is truly a family affair: named after chef Björn Seidel’s father, his cooking is an homage to his family’s roots. For a true taste of the Ore Mountains, go for the local speciality of ‘Buttermilchgetzen’, a warming potato bake with buttermilk.
