Puppentheater Felicio (Felicio Puppet Theatre)
A one-man puppet theatre in Prenzlauer Berg
Karsten Ackermann makes the puppets dance in the Puppentheater Felicio (Felicio Puppet Theatre). He was already making puppets back during the GDR era, and one day he turned his hobby into his job. Traditional puppet theatre combined with modern wit: that's what makes the one-man puppet theatre and the man behind it exceptional. Here, children and adults alike will be enchanted not only by captivating fairy tales, but also by operas and operettas. The programme includes classic such as Peter und der Wolf (Peter and the Wolf), Rumpelstilzchen (Rumpelstiltskin), Robin Hood, Dornröschen (Sleeping Beauty), and Rotkäppchen (Little Red Riding Hood).
The venue of the Puppentheater Felicio is located at 45 Schivelbeiner Straße in the Prenzlauer Berg district. It is a two-minute walk from the Schönhauser Allee U-Bahn and S-Bahn station.
Afternoon performances cost €4 for children and €7 for adults, while evening shows cost €9 for children and €12 for adults.
