Charlottenburg for Kids

Pirate Ship Playground

A visit to this public playground fits in wonderfully with a trip to the Charlottenburg Palace, which is on the opposite bank of the Spree. The large pirate ship is the main attraction in the playground and in the summer it entices many small landlubbers to try and capture the wooden ship. The children climb nets to get on board, and keep a lookout for the next treasure island from the crow's nest.

Sherwood Forest Playground
