The Pfefferbräu Mountain Brewery & Schank hall. After more than 90 years, beer is once again being made in this venerable location. Using local ingredients, brewmaster Thorsten Schoppe brews bottom-fermented beer in the tradition of founder Joseph Pfeffer. These are paired with seasonal dishes served in the restaurant or beer garden, depending on the weather.
