Author and cultural journalist Dr. Ute Cohen publishes her interviews in renowned newspapers and magazines around the country. Cohen has worked for leading American management consultancies. In Paris, she was employed by Unesco. She published several books: "Satan's Playing Field," "Poor Dogs," "False Garden," and the conversation volume "Chaos? Hinhören, Singen" together with actress and chansonnière Ingrid Caven.

Booksoiree is delighted to welcome René Koch, star make-up artist and author. In his book Meine Freundin Hildegard Knef (My Friend Hildegard Knef), he recalls his extraordinary friendship with the actress and singer. For many years, he was not only her make-up artist, but also became a close confidant and valued friend of the artist. Host Ute Cohen will charmingly guide us through the evening and surely elicit a secret or two from the popular celebrity stylist.
