Film & Talk #2030 – Season 15

The film reports on US agricultural policy, which promotes the use of chemical products and substances in agriculture and endangers the health of citizens. It calls for a policy shift in favor of regenerative agriculture for the benefit of all. The film will be followed by a discussion.

The documentary highlights the connections between US agricultural policy, politics, and health by telling stories of destruction and healing in the United States and showing how regenerative agriculture and soil health play an important role in the positive development of these systems.

At its core, it is about how people from different social classes, with different political backgrounds, and in different locations have one thing in common—the soil beneath their feet.

Afterwards, we will talk to Dr Tölle-Nolting from NABU and Selina Telzer from Weltacker Berlin about land use policy and soil-friendly agriculture.

The film will be shown in the original English.
