The last weekend of Advent is finally here. That means Christmas is already within reach. You're certainly getting more and more excited in anticipation. But before the Advent season comes to an end, you might want to use the time to visit a Christmas market or two.

With Christmas so close and the Advent season drawing to a close, the first Christmas markets are also closing. We have put together a selection of Berlin Christmas markets that are taking place this weekend for the last time this Christmas season. So take the chance!
Nordic fairytales
This weekend, you can immerse yourself in fairytale Christmas worlds at Gutshof Britz. Be prepared to meet various fairytale characters, such as Mother Hulda. The Christmas market is organised by artists from the travelling theatre ‘Cocolorus Budenzauber’. So you can look forward to colourful and creative fairy tale stories, theatre and dance performances. The fire show by ‘Araga Mysteria’ provides the perfect end to the evening.

Spandau Christmas market
The Spandau Christmas market is taking place for the last time this weekend in Berlin's largest continuous shopping area. The Christmas market stretches across Spandau's historic city centre and immerses it in a festive atmosphere. There are many traders and various stalls that invite you to browse, marvel and shop. Of course, mulled wine and roasted almonds are also a must.

Festive Weddingmarkt
On the last Sunday of Advent, Leopoldplatz in Wedding will once again be transformed into a festive neighbourhood Christmas market. Local designers and creators present ceramics, paintings, spirits, spices and much more at around 100 stalls. The market is accompanied by live Christmas music, street food and warm mulled wine. When it gets dark, you can warm up by the fire bowls and even bake bread on a stick. In addition, the trees around Leopoldplatz, dressed in fairy lights, glow in a magical warm light.

Merry Markthalle
Markthalle Neun is a real classic in the Berlin food scene. That's why the Merry Markthalle can't be missed here. On the 22nd of December, it will be transformed into a Christmas gourmet paradise one last time. The international Christmas specialities, traditional treats such as gingerbread and roasted almonds and the organic wines will delight you. You will also find a large selection of handicrafts - perfect for gift-giving if you are still missing a Christmas present or two. The Merry Markthalle is committed to both sustainability and social responsibility. The products are often handmade and come from small manufacturers.

When other Christmas markets open for the last time, these are open exclusively on this last weekend of Advent. You can look forward to Christmas music at the Klingender Weihnachtsmarkt and delicacies at the traditional Rudow Christmas Mile.

Some of you may know the :// about blank with a slightly different flair than this weekend. On Sunday afternoon, you are invited to stroll through the festively decorated backyard of the Berlin club in a relaxed and urban atmosphere, browsing through stalls selling arts and crafts and alternative gift ideas while enjoying a warming mulled wine. For fans of Berlin club culture and Christmas, the perfect worlds come together here.

Klingender Weihnachtsmarkt
The Konzerthaus Berlin invites you to the Klingender Weihnachtsmarkt on Saturday. A family concert in a Christmas market atmosphere. Look forward to Christmas treats and group singing.

Christmas in Westend
Christmas in Westend is a real Berlin neighbourhood Christmas market. This is where the locals come together. The animals in particular will be a true highlight for children.
