Filmscreening and discussion

In October 2019, the largest protests since the end of the war ignited in Iraq. Khalili, a young filmmaker, is right in the middle of it and discovers his camera as the most powerful of all weapons, capturing things for him that he can hardly talk about.

Milo is also part of the protests. As a woman, she encounters many restrictions and dangers and finally finds the long-awaited freedom in her brother's clothing. Dressed as a boy, she takes part in the protests. Both are part of a generation that grew up in the war and is now calling ever louder for freedom.
