In their long-term documentation and picture narratives, five photographers devote themselves to different types of streets in Berlin: the avenue Unter den Linden, the Kurfürstendamm and its side streets, the Sonnenallee in Neukölln, the Müllerstraße in Wedding and the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße in Mitte, which runs past St. Mary's Church and the park by the TV tower.

They deal with topics such as architecture and urban development, couples and passers-by as well as squares and parks - in a city that is constantly reinventing itself.

The group exhibition, curated by Rudolf Spindler, presents photographs by Mathilde Tjen Hansen, Maximilian Meisse, Peter Rathmann, Andreas Rost and Michael Wesely.

It is intended as an artistic contribution to the open-air exhibition "Always modern! Berlin and its streets", which is being shown by the Association of Architects and Engineers of Berlin-Brandenburg on the central reservation of Unter den Linden.
