Talk and reading (dt/sp) with Ann Cotten, J.A. Menéndez Conde, Tomer Dotan-Dreyfus.

What does it mean to write in a literary language other than that of one's native country? What survival strategies do international authors who live and write in German-speaking countries have? How can a refuge be created for so-called "littérature mineure", as Deleuze and Guattari called literature that is written in a language other than that of the majority, using Kafka as an example?

In this conversation, we discuss the different experiences that Berlin-based and expatriate authors have had with writing and producing literature on the margins of society.
