Having recently dedicated his writing to the "magma in things", Ron Winkler now presents a volume of poetry that interweaves the urban present with self-perceptions as a father, lover and part of "inner and outer family".

"Unterwegs in der Verformung" also unfolds a maelstrom that consciously confronts a wide variety of experiences, from aches and pains and "constant rain in the babybay" to relationship abysses and the "hormone costume that doesn't fit properly" to the social superstructure and current historical caesuras.
