through the permanent exhibition at the Huguenot Museum Berlin
The Huguenot Museum in the French Cathedral is also an insider tip among long-time Berliners. It has been in a prime location on the Gendarmenmarkt since 1935. At the end of 2021, the museum reopened with a completely revised permanent exhibition.

In order to make the museum accessible to a larger group of people, it will be offering public tours of the permanent exhibition from July. The exhibition covers the history of the Huguenots and their escape from France, as well as their arrival and life in their new homeland.
There will also be reports on the French Reformed community in Berlin, which has been based on the Gendarmenmarkt for over 300 years and which is the sponsor of the Huguenot Museum.
The tours take place every second and fourth Saturday of the month at 2 p.m.
Tickets are available online and on site at the box office.
The number of participants is limited to 15.
