Mathilde, also known as Little Red Riding Hood because of her love of red headgear, lives with her mother in a small village. The hunter has always warned the villagers about wolves, which he believes should only be hung on the wall as trophies.

But for Mathilde, who, like her grandmother, has the ability to talk to animals, all animals are friends and so she sets off into the forest despite all warnings.
Wolf, who is actually supposed to become the pack leader, is the outsider of his family because he refuses to eat meat and instead feeds on fruit, roots and people's waste. Outcast and teased by his siblings, he asks himself whether he shouldn't kill an animal - or better yet, a human - to finally belong. When he suddenly comes face to face with a girl with a red cap, he has to make a decision.
A story about being different, the courage to stand up for yourself and the value of true friendship. Recommended for children between 6 and 10 years.
The live radio play:
If you close your eyes, you hear a radio play - but if you open them, you not only get an insight into the radio play production, but also experience a very special art form on stage. On the stage there are the speakers and a sound designer and a musician, allowing the audience to participate in the creation of a radio play.
About the Lauscherlounge:
The publishing house and event organizer Lauscherlounge has been active since 2003 under the direction of "The Three ???" speaker Oliver Rohrbeck. To date, over 700 live radio plays, readings, live podcasts and various "The Three ???" shows have been held throughout Germany. The artistic team of the Lauscherlounge consists of professional authors, directors, technicians, musicians and sound designers.
Through material written and selected specifically for the radio play medium, with a focus on the impact and storytelling in acoustic form, the Lauscherlounge has established itself as a permanent fixture nationwide in the field of live radio plays.
