Come on an eventful journey across this historically significant area that has remained untouched for over 800 years - from farmland to parade grounds to the former airport and site of meteorological experiments. Find out more about the weather station in the field and the differences between cold air producing areas and fresh air producing areas.

The tour stops at various stations to observe the current weather, explain different cloud formations and experience the weather up close through small experiments.

Discover the unique importance of the Tempelhofer Feld for the living environment and understand why it is so important as an area where cold air is generated, especially in hot and overheated summers.

The tour explores the connections between the open spaces of the field and their impact on flora, fauna and climatic conditions in order to understand the peculiarities of this place.

For young people aged 14 and over and adults.
