In Berlin, the popular pastry "Berliner" is simply referred to as a Pfannkuchen (pancake). And it is precisely this classic that the Sugarclan Berliner manufactory on the vibrant Boxhagener Platz specialises in.
Sugarclan's trademark: On the Pfannkuchen, you can see an arrow indicating exactly where it is best to take a bite so that the filling does not spill out. You can try the tempting baked goods directly on the terrace of the pastry shop or take them home, for example for a party.
Sugarclan also offers clever mini versions of its pancakes, which make it all the more convenient to try several varieties. The sweet offer is topped off with donut-style pancakes, i.e. with a hole in the middle instead of the filling.
