Cycling through the changing green industrial landscape!

Discover the historic start-up center of Berlin's electrical industry with its exciting history on the Spree!
At the end of the 19th century, an industrial landscape developed on the banks of the Spree, from which the metropolis of Berlin was supplied with energy. Power plants, storage facilities, production facilities, settlements for the workers and extensive railway tracks are witnesses of the industrial culture. With art, culture and gastronomy, new energy has arrived on the old water transport route.
