Restaurant Baret

Dining with a 360-degree view over Berlin

One highlight of the restaurant on the roof of the Humboldt Forum is definitely the spectacular view. From here you can look out over Berlin's cultural centre, the Museum Island and the Gendarmenmarkt, all the way to Alexanderplatz and the Brandenburg Gate. Named after the French explorer and circumnavigator Jeanne Baret, the restaurant also takes you on a culinary trip around the world. Chef Octavio Osés Bravo interprets down-to-earth classics for his menu, sometimes with fish, sometimes with meat, sometimes vegan or vegetarian. From breakfast croissants to coffee and cake to the dinner menu, you'll find a diverse selection of dishes throughout the day.

Enjoy the view from the roof terrace

Tip: Although restaurant visitors are given priority admission, you can of course enjoy the view from the roof terrace without visiting the restaurant. However, due to the high level of interest, it is advisable to reserve a time slot in advance. You can reach the restaurant and terrace via the lift on the ground floor. Both the terrace and the restaurant are barrier-free.
