You don't have to stay hungry in Berlin in February. Numerous new restaurants have opened in the capital - from bagels and breakfast bowls to Japanese bar food. A culinary art project in Neukölln, where you can have your self-made vegetable art deep-fried, will put you in a good mood. And after all the feasting, you'll quickly get rid of the extra calories at Klettermax.

Tip 1: Meet up in the highest bar in the city

Germany's highest bar has reopened. Feel invited to enjoy a very special Berlin cocktail at a height of 203 metres. The new retro-style look is aimed at attracting Berliners to the TV tower at Alexanderplatz for an after-work drink. There is also a new menu with typical Berlin delicacies, including exclusive TV tower cocktails. Whether stirred or shaken, the view over the city remains very special. As usual, the lift takes you up steeply and quickly. We wish you the best views!

When: daily 10 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Where: Panoramastraße 1 A, Mitte

Tip 2: Let off steam in the newly opened Klettermax

This makes exercise twice as much fun. In the newly opened Klettermax, the colourful themed walls make climbing a very special experience. Wall elements such as magic cubes, skateboards or a spider's web give the climbing hall a particularly imaginative ambience. At one point, there is even a steep climb up a football pitch. And in the black light area, things get bright and colourful. You can compete against each other on speed climbing walls. The climbing concept, which was invented in New Zealand around ten years ago, is primarily aimed at families and children - and is so far unique in Berlin.

Tip 3: Dry Gin & Beef promises the highest quality

The Dry Gin & Beef Club

The name says it all at this new opening right next to the former Tacheles theatre. In addition to high-quality gin from all over the world, meat is also served. The speciality is dry aged beef, i.e. predominantly beef that is matured in the air for up to eight weeks. This is one of the oldest methods of preserving meat for longer, but it also brings out the flavours in a very special way. The gin selection ranges from classic London Dry to botanically inspired interpretations. The Club Fillet Skewer is recommended for sharing. For a business lunch, you can currently choose between pork belly, quinoa with salmon or tarte flambée. Culinary theme evenings such as Ribs Party or Lobster Night round off the offer.

When: Monday to Thursday 11.30 am - 1.30 am, Friday 11.30 am - 2 am, Saturday 5.30 pm - 2 am
Where: Oranienburger Straße 60, Mitte

You pay a fixed price plus - depending on the package - 20 - 35% commission for the team on site, who support you from labelling to sale. From 6 February, there will be another reason to stop by "Love at second sight", as Notes of Berlin will be hosting a pop-up exhibition.
