The Terz team are earnest about sourcing their seasonal ingredients from the region. Which means the meat and veg is all traceable back to farms around Berlin. The menu is always small but nevertheless densely packed with excellent options, which change according to what’s available to the chefs. The lunch times specials are a broad mix of light vegetable and meat dishes with cake and coffees to finish. In the evenings, Terz offers minimalist, sustainable fine dining at its best. Each of your three courses has a vegan option as well as meat or fish and vegetarian choices. It goes without saying that the right wines and drinks choices will be recommended.
