Kochu Karu

Korean-Spanish fusion cuisine

The small but fine restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg, awarded with a "Bib - Gourmand" by Guide Michelin, combines modern Korean and traditional Spanish cuisine. The Korean hostess and the Spanish chef serve Tapas or Banchan, as the small appetizers are called in South Korea, as a starter. The fusion of Asian-Mediterranean cuisine can also be found in the main courses. In addition to country-specific ingredients, the team at Kochu Karu also uses regional vegetables and game from Brandenburg, as well as fish from the Müritz region, and adds an excellent selection of wines to the dishes.

On the first Thursday of the month, Kochu Karu hosts its "SingMahl" and serves a selected four-course menu with matching classical music. Reservations are recommended.
