Neighbourhood Tour: Elegant Charlottenburg

A journey through time from the belle époque to the "New City West". What was once the home to the nouveau riche of the late nineteenth century is still evident in Charlottenburg's old buildings. After 1948, the area around the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church became the heart of old West Berlin and a "window to the West" with its shops and nightlife. There has been a lot of investment and renovation in this district in recent years, solidifying this neighbourhood's elegant and cosmopolitan lifestyle.
This tour takes us from Bikini Berlin to Neues Kranzler Eck on Kurfürstendamm and then onto Fasanenstraße and the "Design Mile" on Kantstraße to Savignyplatz.

Start (recommended): Bikini Haus
End (recommended): Savignyplatz
Duration: 2 hours
Number of participants: 1 to 25 people per guide
