Japanese culture in Kreuzberg
Since 2014 the Christmas market has been bringing together German and Japanese culture at a Japanese Christmas market at the Festsaal Kreuzberg. Over an entire weekend, visitors can experience Japan up close at workshops, as well as dance and sumo performances.
The exhibitors present paintings, ceramics, kimonos and many other Japanese treasures at their stands. The culinary specialities at the Christmas market are also typically Japanese. Here you can try sushi, sake and sweets.
