Institut Français Berlin, Maison de France

Already in 1950, the French cultural centre “Maison de France” opened at Kurfürstendamm. Many know the local “Cinema Paris” there as the cinema for French films; because there, not only language courses are offered, but also theatre performances, exhibitions, and just films. The Institut Francais is a place of encounter with French culture, a place of the French way of life, the savoir-vivre, and a place to learn one of the most beautiful languages of the world: French. The Institut Francasi attends and organizes numerous cultural events in Berlin and Brandenburg.
