Workshop: Wild herb cuisine in summer as a 3-course menu with a drink

Fresh from nature to the table, seasonal and regional. Find out how versatile the processing of our wild herbs is. The freshly collected items are processed directly and there is a lot of background information about local wild herbs.


Together we cook something hearty and lovely and serve it in a refreshing and spicy way. Which seasoning mixtures can I stock up on and how do I preserve my wild herbs are also topics on this culinary and relaxed morning.
