War brings violence and trauma to everyone, but women are also at risk from gender-based violence and are often underrepresented in peace processes. While civilians worldwide need more humanitarian aid, military spending is increasing.


How do women experience war and what survival strategies do they develop?

In the first event in the series, Dr. Eman Alethary from Yemen and Dr. Ishraga Mustafa Hamid from Sudan analyze the effects of current wars on women in their home countries.
