Eine mobile Ensembleproduktion Theaterpädagogisches Projekt
Everywhere in the world there are transformations. Plants, animals and people transform, as do cities, rivers and mountains. Tadpoles turn into frogs, caterpillars into butterflies, shells into sand, wood into coal, water into ice. Some transformations happen by themselves, whether you want them to or not. People also change throughout their lives.
They grow, teeth fall out, they get bald and wrinkles. Depending on how you feel, something in you changes. Other changes are caused by the person himself. At carnival or in the theater, you slip into roles and actively decide to transform yourself with a mask and costume. And again and again, in play, one changes things in form and function. A cardboard box can become a boat, a skirt a flower, a scarf a snake.
With a thirst for research, everyday materials are explored and questioned with the facets of transformation. It is the first ForscherTheater production by GRIPS with TUKI Bühne, based on a long research with kindergarten children. The mobile play will not only be performed in the theater, but mainly in daycare centers in different locations of the city and will involve the young audience actors in a sensual-interactive theater form.
A sensual-interactive theater experience for the very young.
A ForscherTheater production by GRIPS Theater with Tuki stage.
