Uri Gincel is one of the most in demand and respected Jazz pianists in Berlin. Gincel´s style can be described as heavily rooted in tradition but with sensibility and understanding of bringing jazz into the modern age. His playing is dynamic, lyrical and above full of energy and power! Born in Tel-Aviv, Gincel came to Berlin in 2009 and quickly became an influential part of the Jazz scene, Uri toured the world with many projects, including "Uri Gincel Trio” and “Bonaparte” and studied under some major musicians as Arnie Lawrence and Walter Blending Jr.

Despite his young age trumpeter and composer Florian Menzel, born in Arnsberg in the Sauerland region in Germany in 1988, has already reached remarkable experience and success in the world of music. In 2007 he was awarded the „SkodaJazzAward“ by the German Jazz Federation for his outstanding instrumental skills and 2 years later won the first prize at the „Yamaha Trumpet Contest 2009“. Further during his studies at the Jazz Institute Berlin (JIB) he was awarded the „Savoy Award of Excellence 2011“ for his extraordinary musical and social contribution. As a band leader and sideman he has been working with among others Peter Weniger, Mark Wyand, Rich Perry, Winard Harper, Greg Cohen, Torsten Goods, Till Broenner, Gerard Presencer and Bill Forman.

Ben Kraef is a German-Montenegrin saxophonist and composer based in Berlin. Ben graduated from the University of Music “Hanns Eisler”, Berlin and obtained a Master of Arts from The City College of New York in 2009 where he was also awarded the Billie Stoller Scholarship to an outstanding scholar and musician in 2008. The list of internationally renowned musicians Ben has been performing and recording with includes luminaries Lalo Schifrin, Fred Hersch, Pee Wee Ellis and Till Brönner as well as pop groups such as „Wir Sind Helden” and the radio big bands of HR and WDR.

For many years, Thomas Stieger has been one of Germany's busiest bassists, sidemen and session musicians. Living in Berlin, he works for nationally and internationally renowned acts and artists of the European scene of various genres, most of which belong to the colorful world of pop, rock, soul and jazz music. Here is a small selection of the many artists with whom he has performed, toured and recorded: Wolfgang Haffner, Randy Brecker, Bill Evans, Nils Landgren, Simon Oslender, Christopher Dell, Gregory Porter, Michael Wollny, Sarah Connor, Martin Grubinger, Berliner Philharmoniker, HR Bigband, NDR Radiophilharmonie, and many more.

Magro brings together a wide range of musical influences in his work, including Herbie Hancock, J Dilla, and Chris Dave. In Berlin's jazz scene, this dynamic multi-talent is hard to miss. Over the years, Magro has collaborated with numerous artists as a drummer and producer, such as Kurt Rosenwinkel, Wayne Snow, and BIGYUKI. He has also produced many albums and singles for Leona Berlin, including "Wrong Lane (featuring Snoop Dogg)." After releasing his debut album "Trippin" in 2021, which won the "German Jazz Award" for "Debut Album of the Year," he recently released his second album.
