An exciting tour of the diverse and colorful Tempelhofer Feld. Here, those interested can find out more about the eventful past of this former airport location, which has now developed into an open space and green oasis in the middle of the city.

Participants can find out first-hand how such a large park is operated and what professional and sensitive care of this large open landscape and biotope looks like. The guides also present current maintenance work and cover the urban ecological importance of large undeveloped open spaces.
Depending on the season, participants explore specific areas to find out more about the diverse development measures of Grün Berlin GmbH. You will learn more about the currently planned redesign of the entrances, supply facilities and tree planting.
The tours also highlight the importance of participatory processes and civic engagement in the design, use and preservation of Tempelhofer Feld.
This event is offered as both a bicycle tour and a walking tour. On foot tours the focus is on small-scale discoveries, on bike tours the radius is larger and here participants learn about the diverse uses of the Tempelhofer Feld in other areas.
