The French-Reformed immigrants arrived in Brandenburg in the 17th century as religious refugees. But hardly anyone thinks of them right away when we enjoy things that we take for granted today: The' Berliner Weiße', various vegetables and the ability to let them thrive in the sandy soil of Mark Brandenburg, the so' typical berlin boulette' and a lot of fine way of life.
