IFA Berlin and SUPERHEROES BALL II are partners in celebrating the world of the ballroom, a symbol of individuality, freedom and expressiveness. The event, organized by Father David Elle, will take place on July 26, 2024 in the Säälchen.

David Mendez, creator of the "House of Elle" and an active member of the German ballroom scene since 2016, is passionate about equality and safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community. By organizing charity balls, he ensures that all proceeds are donated to LGBTQIA+ organizations to keep the history of the ballroom alive, strengthen the culture and create a platform for creative expression and community gatherings.
The collaboration between IFA Berlin and SUPERHEROES BALL II emphasizes their commitment to inclusive spaces that celebrate the ballroom community, LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families.
This year there is a special highlight: every ballroom ticket includes a free day pass for the IFA Berlin from September 6th to 10th, 2024.
100% of the ticket proceeds will be donated to the Riccardo Simonetti Initiative e.V. The SUPERHEROES BALL II and the IFA share the values of the Riccardo Simonetti Initiative. Together, the partners are committed to a safe world, without discrimination, homophobia, racism, sexism and intolerance.
