Dunja Hayali is the presenter of the ZDF-Morgenmagazin and heute journal. She has received numerous awards for her commitment to plurality of opinion and against racism. Hayali was born in Datteln, North Rhine-Westphalia, and her parents are originally from Iraq. She is the author of the book “Haymatland: Wie wollen wir zusammenleben?”.
