Sharon Brauner and Karsten Troyke are two actors and singers born in Berlin who turned to Yiddish music at a young age. Karsten in the eastern part of the city, Sharon in West Berlin.

Independently of each other, both gave numerous concerts in Germany and Europe. But it was only a festival in New York in 2015, at which both artists performed, that brought the two together musically. Since then, they have thrilled audiences all over Germany - in over 200 concerts.
Now the two artists are presenting their favorite Yiddish songs together, accompanied by the pianist Harry Ermer. Songs in Yiddish about life and love. Yiddish evergreens in a new guise as well as their own adaptations of well-known songs and new songs.
Music for the soul, music that makes you happy. You can also hear it at home on their CD "Yiddish Berlin", which they released together in 2018.
