On a late summer weekend, the Deutsche Oper Berlin opens its doors to celebrate the new season, together with all the members of the chorus and orchestra, stage, costume and makeup teams, and with curious visitors of all ages.

Whether you're an opera and ballet fan or a newcomer, the program of the popular opening celebrations offers everyone exciting glimpses behind the scenes, information about premieres and rehearsals, plenty of music to listen to or make – and, of course, ballet!
The education program "Dance is CLASS!" offers workshops for all ages, as well as insights into the ensemble's daily work.
