"I always carry you between my teeth,” wrote Else Lasker-Schuler in a poem to Gottfried Benn in 1917.

Else Lasker-Schuler was an idiosyncratic avant-gardist, painting writer, bohemian of the Berlin coffee houses of the 1920s and a brilliant and lonely fighter for the rights of unconditional love, creativity, absolute freedom and art. Fighter also for her miracles and for the power of enthusiasm.

And Else was also: Yussuf, Prince of Thebes - the Cora Frost, singer, performer, author, director, soul mate.

A rendezvous between Else Lasker-Schuler and the wonderfully strange Berlin artist legend Cora Frost. The audience travels into the depths of time in an Orlandic, wondrous way, a common meandering between worlds and genders, between the 1920s and 2020s.
