There is no other spirit in the world that has a greater variety of flavors than Japanese shochu. Over 53 raw materials are permitted for production, from classics such as barley, rice and sweet potatoes to unusual variants made from green peppers, sesame or fever tree.

Sake, also commonly known as "rice wine", has a long tradition and cultural history in Japan.

The flavors are extremely diverse; this wonderful drink has over 500 different aromas. The exclusive tasting events at Atelier Ginza provide information about manufacturers, production methods and ways of drinking sake. Of course, you can also try plenty of it, and exciting and funny anecdotes are told about trips to the land of the rising sun.
