Heimweh - Fernweh Tour 24

RONJA MALTZAHN - vocals, piano, drums, bass - makes symphonic indie pop. Incredibly personal. Her distinctive voice wanders along paths between acoustic warmth and soundscapes of cinematic expanse, spinning lyrical threads between wanderlust and the eternal longing to find a home one day.

The producer, cellist and singer Ronja Maltzahn invites you into her very own world: the stage behind her is transformed into an island landscape of electronic instrumentalism, staged with the acoustic siblings of ukulele, cello, piano, bass and drums. Even if her lyrical style tends towards depth and thoughtfulness, the concert takes us on a journey from poetic valleys up to mountain peaks of exhilarating joie de vivre.

Together with her Argentinian music partner Fede, Ronja has traveled to over 20 countries and set foot on more than 400 stages in different musical constellations.

Her three studio albums bear witness to her long musical journeys, the songs of which she has translated into multilingual variations.

RONJA MALTZAHN - vocals, piano, drums, bass - is the winner of the Udo Lindenberg Panikpreis 2021/22 with the motto #machdeinding & 2023 award for young songwriters from the Hanns Seidel Foundation.
