Live 2025

For the next two hours your ass is mine!“ There aren't many pop stars who can afford to start their concerts with this announcement. Maybe just one: Robbie Williams. Once the rebellious one, then the dropout of Take That, at least his bandmates back then wouldn't have bet that Robbie Williams' career would far outshine theirs.

But it wasn't just the songs that made him one of the biggest European pop stars of the last twenty years. Robbie Williams is a born entertainer who can get tens of thousands of people going wild.

His track record is impressive:

over 85 million albums sold worldwide, 14 UK number-one albums (the most for a solo artist), 7 number-one singles, the most concert tickets sold in one day (6 million on November 19th, 2005), three record-breaking evenings at Knebworth in front of 375,000 people in 2003 and the simultaneous success of his swing albums.

When he decided to do another round with Take That in 2010, the comeback album “Progress” became the fastest-selling album of the 21st century and the subsequent tour was the highest-grossing British tour of all time.
The Robbie Williams festivals never really stopped, but it will soon enter a new phase.

After the four-part Netflix documentary “Robbie Williams” by Joe Pearlman in November last year, an extraordinary biopic will be released in cinemas at the beginning of January:

Director Michael Gracy, who filmed “The Greatest Showman” in 2017, is staging the wild life of Robbie Williams in a way that has never been seen before. Williams is not replaced by a “normal” actor – who could do that anyway? – but by an animated chimpanzee using motion capture technology.

Williams' voice explains the reason for this step in the first trailer:

“I know, I know: What's with the chimpanzee thing? Well, I just always thought of myself as a little more primitive than others.”

Fortunately, the desire for Robbie Williams' music, which the film will spark in hundreds of thousands of visitors, can soon be celebrated on an extensive tour:

from June 25, 2025, Williams will be on a major tour in Germany to once again bring all his charisma, his hits and his live energy to the big stages in style.
