‘QUEERARE’ is an immersive installation that combines visual and acoustic impressions with the vision of sustainable and inclusive fashion. The exhibition showcases Captain John's distinctive queer aesthetic and celebrates art, identity and style.
About the artist:
Captain John founded an inclusive, creative and sustainable photo studio in Berlin three years ago. His photographic style, ‘Doku-Fashion’, combines portrait photography with inspiring stories. The exhibition provides insights into his 20 years of work and tells personal stories of love, pain and family.
The RARE Store is a collaborative space that showcases sustainable fashion by designers such as Elise Rolot (Everyday Pieces), Julie Burgeois (Tata Christiane), Andrea Bonfini (Fade Out Label) and Mariángeles Aguirre (tHERAPY Recycle and Exorcise).
