At the opening of the Advent season, Maximilian Schnau's chorale arrangements and large organ works by Bach enter into a dialogue with Arvo Pärt. Pärt, whose works are unmistakably characterized by great spirituality, is probably the best-known contemporary Estonian composer.

His music became world famous not only in concerts, but also through its use in numerous films. Pärt's catchy tonal language is always based on strict construction principles.
