Quantum 1x1

At Quantum 1x1 you will learn about the wondrous phenomena of quantum and discover how they will change the future. Play a round of the new game “Quantum TicTacToe” or encrypt secret messages with the quantum key generator. Aha moments guaranteed.

Quantum technologies could change lives in the same way that the invention of classical computers once did. In the world of quantum, new physical laws suddenly apply.

But what is quantum technology anyway? What is entanglement? How does quantum cryptography work? And what exactly is a quantum?

To bring you closer to the world of quantum, there are newly developed games that you can try out for yourself. On top of that, there are videos, information material and quantum experts who will take you on an adventurous journey through the quantum jungle.

The workshop is open to everyone. You don't need any previous knowledge, just a desire to discover the quantum world.

What is an Open Lab evening?

Every Thursday things get creative in the lab. You will learn about methods such as design thinking or future storytelling, you can try out 3D printers and laser cutters and take a look behind the scenes of the lab projects. There is something new every week.
