With over 150 performances in four countries and thousands of enthusiastic spectators, the successful concert series Game of Thrones - The Concert Show has long been established. Now it is combining with the follow-up series House of the Dragon and promises an even more intense show experience.

The soundtrack

The Emmy-winning soundtrack to Game of Thrones is much more than just background music - it is an essential part of the narrative. Ramin Djawadi's compositions masterfully capture the tension, drama and emotional depth of the series. From the iconic theme song to the haunting themes that accompany the fates of the characters, the music transports the audience straight to Westeros.

The soundtrack to House of the Dragon is in no way inferior. With new, fascinating sounds, Djawadi tells the story of the Targaryen dynasty and brings the past of the powerful family to life musically.

The composer

Ramin Djawadi, the talented composer from Duisburg, has developed his own distinctive style under the direction of Hans Zimmer. His impressive soundtracks for Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon have made him famous around the world. With each melody, Djawadi creates sound worlds that deeply touch the audience and take them on an emotional journey through the kingdoms of Westeros and beyond.

The orchestra

The renowned ensemble of the Cinema Festival Symphonics under the direction of Stephen Ellery brings these impressive compositions live to the stage. Accompanied by soloists and choir, a majestic sound experience is created that transports the audience into the midst of the power struggles and legends of the houses of Stark, Lannister and Targaryen.

George R. R. Martin

While Game of Thrones has been breaking records worldwide since 2011 and the story of Jon Snow in particular has captivated audiences, the prequel House of the Dragon has also thrilled a huge audience. The series takes place around 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones and focuses on the rule of the Targaryens and their mighty dragons. With two seasons now under its belt, it captivates audiences just as much as its legendary predecessor.

A musical spectacle that fans of both series shouldn't miss!
