What motivated Protestant Christians in the 19th century to spread their faith worldwide? What traces did their mission leave behind – and how do today's partner churches and those affected view them?

It presents a multifaceted exploration of historical, theological, and colonial dimensions. Contributions from scholars, historians, contemporary witnesses, descendants, and international partner churches open up new perspectives.
The exhibition can be viewed at the Berlin Mission in Berlin-Friedrichshain – and is also available online.
