The removal of the orangery plants and opening of the nursery

Experience the splendor of potted plants! Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of historic potted plants and experience the traditional process of bringing out these special plants after their winter quarters in the orangery.

Experience the symbiosis of garden and palace art as the beloved "spiritual flowering place" of gardeners and kings in the picturesque New Garden.

You can also look forward to exciting guided tours, a visit to the nursery with lots of interesting facts about the plants grown and the sale of special specimens from our court nurseries. Younger visitors will have the opportunity to get creative.

The Schubert cooperage from Pirna will be offering its handmade planters and there will also be something to eat and drink: rustic and sweet treats in the idyllic and relaxed atmosphere of the New Garden. There is also the opportunity to visit the Marble Palace.
