The old Swedish LYCKTRÄFF sounds like a happy coincidence, and that's exactly what it was in April 2024. Swedish jazz singer and composer Anna Lundqvist, who lives in Sweden and Portugal, came to Germany with her Portuguese quintet to explore the German market.

Anna Lundqvist meets Moritz Götzen Trio
The Moritz Götzen Trio plays classically influenced jazz with a sound close to the European jazz atmosphere. Anna's own compositions move seamlessly between European and American jazz, influenced by early classical music and Swedish hymns. Unfettered by the need to use lyrics, her singing is sophisticated and melodic, almost instrumental.
The tour is based on original compositions by Moritz, but also includes some of Anna's songs as well as brand-new material. All songs were written and arranged specifically for this collaboration.
Admission is free
Half of the proceeds go to the "Haste Töne" project of the SOS Children's Village Berlin. The project gives children whose parents cannot afford music lessons the opportunity to learn an instrument.
