
Want to spontaneously enjoy a concert at the Philharmonie during your lunch break—and for free? Every Wednesday from September to June, you can do it at 1 p.m. A varied program lasting 40 to 50 minutes features everything from chamber music and piano works to percussion duos, from Tchaikovsky to tango. Members of the Berlin Philharmonic, the Karajan Academy, and guests from other major orchestras and music academies will perform. High-quality, affordable catering will be available starting at 12 p.m.
