The lunch concerts invite you to experience the Philharmonie at free concerts. From September to June they take place every Wednesday at 1 p.m. In 40 to 50 minutes, visitors can expect a varied program: whether chamber music, piano pieces or a drum duo - from Tchaikovsky to tango, there is something for every musical taste.
Members of the Berlin Philharmonic or the Karajan Academy are often on stage, as are guests from the German Symphony Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Berlin or the Berlin music academies.
The experience is rounded off by catering that offers high-quality yet inexpensive food from 12 p.m. until shortly before the concert begins.
