Participatory theater is a special form of theater in which an experienced actress tells a fairy tale, slipping into various characters and roles.

The children experience the art of role-playing up close – they see the actress switch between characters right before their eyes. But they aren't just spectators: They are allowed to contribute ideas, share their own thoughts, and spontaneously shout out to the narrator, who then creatively incorporates them into the story.

At many points, the children are even allowed to come on stage and participate. This creates a lively, interactive theater experience in the shared play between narrator and audience.
