As a contribution to transmediale 2025, CLB Berlin is opening the exhibition ‘Labor’, which features a robotic installation by Liat Grayver and Daniel Berio, developed as part of the international research project ‘Embodied Agents in Contemporary Visual Art’ (EACVA).

In addition, new works by Anna Mirkin, Patrick Tresset, Licia He and Gretta Louw, the project's artist-in-residence, will be on display.

In the cooperation between the University of Konstanz and Goldsmiths, University of London, which is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), a multidisciplinary team is investigating innovative approaches to creativity and interaction in art, science and technology, and how robotics and artificial intelligence are changing human creative possibilities.

Opening on 24 January at 6 p.m.

While the exhibition focuses on artistic positions, a two-day symposium on 31 January and 1 February will be primarily dedicated to academic exchange.
Further experts from renowned research universities such as Princeton and ETH Zurich, as well as from the ZKM Karlsruhe, will be guests.
As usual, the detailed programme can be found on the CLB website.

Participation is free of charge.
