ELEVEN onzelf is jazz that blends naturally with other genres. Sure, it's jazz, but there's soul in it. And funk, lots of funk. The Berlin-based band "ELEVEN onzelf" plays expressive and original music characterized by unique songwriting, complex sounds, and energetic grooves.
The band emerged in 2020 from the acoustic song project of pianist and singer Nora Jim. By 2023, with the release of their singles "Empty Seats" and "In a Way," the band had found their electric, crisp sound, which continues to define them today.
