Kingfishr is the name of one of Ireland's most promising indie folk newcomer bands. The trio, consisting of Eddie, McGoo and Fitz, came together in 2017 and have since developed their unmistakable sound: a powerful, emotional interpretation of indie folk that is deeply rooted in their Irish homeland.

Kingfishr combine traditional instruments with poetic songwriting, letting harmonica and guitar meet modern indie sounds to create a special musical mix. With over 70 million streams in the last three years, they have already built up a large fan base - even though their debut album is still pending.
Now their first headline tour of Europe is coming up, with a concert in Berlin at the end of May. Their live shows are pure energy: without any major staging, the three musicians manage to create unforgettable evenings full of emotions with their music alone.
